Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role supporting and supervising nursing team, providing top-tier care to residents, and leading quality assurance efforts.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (RN required!)
- Valid RN license in the state of Illinois (or ability to get one, stat!)
- 3+ years of experience as an ADON in long-term care
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in skilled, acute, restorative, or geriatric care
- MDS, care planning, and regulatory processes knowledge
