Job Description
The Corporate Director of Clinical Services is a key player on our corporate clinical leadership team, developing, supporting, and rescuing facility-level nurses and nurse leaders. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the action, not just talking about it.
Requirements
- A valid Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care, post-acute, acute care, rehabilitation, or similar settings
- Willingness to accept interim leadership assignments at our facilities when needed
- A strong understanding of financial management, quality assurance, and operational processes
- A passion for people—both the residents we serve and the teams who care for them
