Requirements
- Troubleshooting advanced server, networking, and cloud services issues
- Diagnosing and managing emergency client issues
- Designing and completing new and existing client projects
- Administering, installing, and configuring Windows Server, Exchange, and Azure environments
- Managing DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft cloud services
- Providing technical support for client Executives
- Coordinating and resolving top tier issues with vendors
- Managing security events and client relationships
