Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with 8 years of technical work experience that includes development and improvement of production systems
• Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in rate-based and high-volume manufacturing
• Experience communicating with and influencing partners across organizational lines
• Experience in cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes
