Packing Supervisor

We are seeking a Packing Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the packing area, ensuring every order is completed accurately, safely, and on time. The role involves coordinating the packers on shift, maintaining workflow, and upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Previous Supervisor experience in a similar ecommerce environment
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise effectively
• Able to thrive under deadlines and deliver results
• Proficient in Excel for report creation and data-driven decision-making
• Display strong leadership and team motivation abilities
• Clear and concise communication, problem-solving and time management skills
