The Maintenance and Automations Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day maintenance and repairs of the Plant Automation and Maintenance departments.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or a Technical degree
- 4 years of maintenance/automation management experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Strong knowledge base in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC & mechanical repairs
- Maintenance/Automation Management experience in injection molding is preferred
- Automation and robots’ maintenance experience
- Experience with preventive & predictive maintenance practices
- Experience using a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ability to read prints and drawings
- Basic to advanced PC skills and knowledge
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Capable of leading & motivating people
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
