Job Description
Hello Heart is seeking an App Platform Team Lead to lead the team that designs, builds, and operates the app infrastructure. The team lead will focus on creating and evolving shared code, SDKs, templates, and platform services to enable support of multiple product streams.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Team Lead or Engineering Lead with demonstrated people leadership and delivery ownership
- 5+ years building mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
- Strong, practical experience with mobile CI/CD for iOS & Android (build automation, signing, rollouts/canaries)
- Proven experience building SDKs, libraries or developer tooling that are consumed by multiple product teams
- Excellent communicator, able to align technical strategy with product needs and translate tradeoffs for cross-functional partners
