Account Manager

HelloKindred is seeking an Account Manager for a short-term contract role in the Marketing and Advertising industry. The successful candidate will support the Client Services team and provide exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans
• Manage scope of work to ensure proper tracking and delivery of all project deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers to manage tasks, deliverables, and timelines
• Partner with Media Planning and Activation teams to remain informed on all media details
• Work with Creative and production teams on the development and execution of creative materials
• Facilitate clear and concise communication between internal and external teams
• Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals
• Apply creative and solution-oriented problem-solving to address challenges and propose innovative solutions
