Job Description
HelloKindred is seeking a Capability Business Operations Partner to deliver a 6–12 month capability plan focused on training, certification, and strategic development initiatives within a public sector environment.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, capability development, or business partnering within complex organisational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable performance insights.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight processes.
- Ability to align workforce capability with strategic demand and staffing requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage communities and drive participation.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience working within public sector or highly governed environments desirable.
