Job Description
HelloKindred is looking for a Design Executive to support the creation of marketing collateral, collaborate with senior designers, and apply brand standards consistently across all deliverables. The role involves planning and developing content for marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications, as well as contributing to brainstorming sessions and generating creative concepts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of visual design fundamentals, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and awareness of inclusive design practices and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Support the creation of marketing collateral

- Prepare and maintain design files and templates
- Assist in planning and developing content
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Produce layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics
- Edit video and support animation requirements
- Conduct quality checks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Curiosity and proactive learning mindset
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Audition (advantageous)
- Experience with Ceros (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and passion for design and creativity
