Job Description
HelloKindred is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join its Global Digital Team, supporting the European Hub. The role is responsible for leading the digital planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, with a focus on supporting European regional requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience supporting multi-country European campaigns
- Strong Account-Based Marketing experience
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase
- Experience working within a global organisation with matrix reporting structures
- Experience partnering with both global and regional marketing teams
- Expertise in paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic channels
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot
- Experience with CRM integration such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms including GA4, Adobe Analytics or equivalent
- Strong understanding of GDPR and European data regulations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong communication and presentation capability
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution skills
- Highly collaborative and culturally aware across European markets
- Data-driven decision-making capability
- Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed global organisation
