Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, specifically in the field of Cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles for cyber security roles.
- Create and publish job ads on various platforms, including niche cyber security job boards.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews.
- Update interview feedback on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle weekly vendor calls and share feedback with agencies regarding their candidates.
- Manage employee referrals and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Talent Acquisition (TA) reports.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and guide the decision-making process.
- Handle job offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Maintain a candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and incorporate that knowledge into talent searches.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies.
