Senior IT Solution Architect

Help AG is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Solution Architect to design, validate, and govern enterprise-grade IT and cybersecurity solutions. The role requires strategic consulting skills and deep technical expertise.

Requirements

• Engage with clients to understand business needs, technology requirements, and pain points.
• Position company solutions effectively, prepare technical proposals, and respond to RFPs.
• Lead solution demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Partner with sales teams to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across IT and security portfolios.
• Architect end-to-end network and security solutions leveraging various technologies.
• Develop high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) for enterprise customers.
• Provide technical oversight and governance during implementation to ensure architecture adherence.
• Ensure customer success by validating that the delivered solution meets business and technical expectations.
• Act as the customer's advocate within the organization to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
