Job Description
Help – Help to self-help e.V. is seeking an enthusiastic IT Coordinator to strengthen their team, coordinate IT projects, and provide first-level support to employees. This role involves managing user accounts, hardware maintenance, system administration, and project work in a remote, 39-hour-per-week position with an opportunity for early termination.
Requirements
- Completed training as a system engineer (m/f/d)
- Experience in 1st-Level Support and coordination of technical topics
- Good knowledge in areas of Microsoft Windows, Windows clients, M365/Exchange Online, AD/Azure AD, network basics, IT security
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident/Request/Change) and SLA managed working.
- Independent, structured, service-oriented work style
- Teamwork, communication strength and organizational talent
- Very good German skills, good English skills
