Community Family Resource Center Engagement Specialist

The Community Engagement Specialist will develop and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen family and community connections. This includes cultivating and empowering family leadership, building and sustaining relationships between families and communities, and working to remove barriers while creating bridges that foster community success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least one year of experience in community engagement, family support, or related work
• Ability to work with various ethnic/cultural groups
• Proficient in Microsoft program applications
• Valid Class C driver's license and good driving record
