Lead Case Manager

Lead Case Manager position at Helpline Youth Counseling (HYC) to provide care to participants promoting resilience and support, lifestyle changes, member skill development, and self-management.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in the behavioral sciences
• One (1) year's full-time work experience in community-based services field
• Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship
• Ability to pass criminal clearance background check
• Ability to successfully pass a TB screening test
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings
• Current auto insurance, and a good driving record
• Valid California state driver's license
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities
• Excellent administrative and verbal skills
