Job Description
Helprise is seeking an experienced Consultant to join their European Consulting Team, specializing in Rewards and Gender Pay Gap analysis. This role involves reviewing pay gap data, providing compliance reports, and delivering actionable insights to clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR consulting, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, or Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify small errors and manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in generating stories around complex data and presenting them to small, diverse groups.
