Job Description
Helsing is a defence AI company focused on protecting democracies through technological leadership. They are looking for flight control engineers to develop and validate flight control and guidance laws for an AI-powered drone, HX-2. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for developing and validating flight control law and collaborating with field engineers.
Requirements
- Hold a M.Sc. or PhD in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or an equivalent degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in flight controller development
- Excellent skills in Matlab/Simulink and Python/Rust/Java
- Solid background in aerodynamics, stability and control
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Solid software engineering skills (Matlab, Python, Java, or C++)
