Relief Staff

The Contra Costa Adult Continuum of Services (CCACS) program is a public/private partnership that provides safe, interim housing with comprehensive services to assist homeless adults in securing permanent housing. The Contra Costa Youth Continuum of Services (CCYCS) program provides drop-in services, interim shelter, and transitional housing for homeless and at-risk youth ages 18 to 24.

Requirements

• Supervision of adult homeless clients in an emergency shelter
• Intake of adult applicants to assess housing need, support and benefits services
• Develop and manage emergency shelter day-to-day services
• Light housekeeping/general clean up
• Ability to handle emergency incidents, including medical, mental health, violent and/or other unanticipated events
