Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Construction, Marine, Chemical, Metallurgy) or equivalent practical experience within coating industry
• FROSIO or NACE certification is highly preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to use technical terminology
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, representing Hempel on-site with integrity
• Highly adaptable to dynamic environments, with the flexibility to work across teams and project types
• Shows initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage time-sensitive situations with confidence
• Must hold a valid driving license
