Job Description
Responsible for conducting secondary interviews, organizing talent pool profiles, ensuring completeness of Recruitment Summary Report, and conducting new hire onboarding and company orientation. Also handles employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
