Job Description
The Civil Estimator II prepares accurate bid estimates for large construction projects, ensuring compliance with H&M Project Management Methodology and upholding safety protocols. The role involves travel, bid strategy, and interaction with various stakeholders to identify and resolve potential issues. It requires problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Preparation and maintenance of bid documentation
- Traveling to job locations to confirm site conditions
- Leading bid strategy and presentation discussions
