Job Description
Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Craft Operations Trainer to provide overall training for utility construction operations. The successful candidate will manage employee training and development, maintain compliance with safety rules and procedures, and assist in the development of craft trainings.
Requirements
- Five years of experience working in all phases of Telecommunication work (Underground, Civil, Aerial)
- CDL Preferred
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
