Rehab Physical Therapist

Rehab Physical Therapist works under direct supervision of Director of Rehab Services to assist with department administration, supervision, and patient treatment. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment protocols, and educating patients and family members on proper care and use of supports and appliances.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an AMA approved and accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Successful completion of state board examination and Indiana licensure
• Specialized knowledge as to administration of treatments and maintenance of equipment
