The Tax Advisor will provide tax consulting and planning services for the family's diversified holdings, including investments in privately held operating companies, real estate, investment funds, and publicly traded securities.
Requirements
- Conduct tax research, planning, complex excel analysis for major transactions
- Serve as a resource of technical knowledge for internal tax return preparers and to other departments
- Analyze the impact of tax legislation and communicate the potential impact to company management and family members
- Review of operating and trust agreements
- Interact with outside professional advisors
- Represent taxpayers in IRS examinations
