Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC), established in 1969 in Trenton, New Jersey, is a private, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive primary health care services to underserved populations. The Clinical Pharmacist works in collaboration with HJA providers to provide top quality care to its patients and the general community. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide direct clinical care to patients, support the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in carrying out new and established clinical pharmacy initiatives, and maintain the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
