Requirements

• 15–20 years of technical experience in software research and development
• Minimum 5-7 years in a senior software development leadership role
• Proven success in leading large-scale software initiatives
• Deep expertise in software design, system engineering, data engineering, cloud platforms, and quality assurance
• Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire executive, technical and business stakeholders
