Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Agent Front- and Backoffice (m/w/d) - Medical to join our German Customer Service Team in Berlin. As part of this role, you will be responsible for service-oriented answering and final processing of customer inquiries, taking and forwarding inquiries to contact persons, and supporting the receipt of returns and complaints.

Requirements

• Completed training in the commercial, medical or technical field or relevant work experience in customer service, preferably from the medical technology sector
• Service-oriented and prominent service orientation
• Structured working method, very good analytical skills, technical affinity and a comprehensive understanding of complex processes
