CA Administration Coordinator

Administrative Assistant - Contract until March 2026. Manage meeting room calendars and expenses, book and coordinate meetings, create and organize webinars and events. Compile reports, maintain records, and perform light housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in office administration or business
• Three to five years of previous administration experience in a large business environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel or additional calendar management software
