Job Description
We are seeking an IT System Administrator to support our customers in the Server/Client area and assist with technical problems via telephone, email, and remote management. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up data backups, ensuring IT security, and implementing updates and upgrades.
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification as an IT technician
- Experience in IT support or remote support, ideally in the medical or dental field
- Ability to work independently, focused, and flexibly
- Confidence in handling remote management tools and telephonic communication with customers
