Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager

Henry Street Settlement is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager to work with the senior population at the Older Adult Center. The successful candidate will provide case management and assistance to clients, coordinate services and benefits, and document client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of social services experience
• Fluent bilingual in Spanish/English
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility, empathy, and compassion to work with seniors and diverse cultures
• Case management and entitlement & benefit knowledge and/or experience
• Knowledge of mental health issues among senior populations
• Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and teamwork
