Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive software development and data solution development experience
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams in remote or hybrid environments
• Proven technical expertise with modern development practices and the technologies listed in the section above
• Experience balancing leadership and delivery in a player-coach capacity
• Strong people leadership skills
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience connecting with internal and third-party services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with AI tooling (Cursor or others)
