Job Description
Heficycle is seeking a Claims Manager / Damage Accountant / Damage Regulator (m/f/d) for the Rostock office or remotely within the EU. The role involves managing claims from bicycle insurance, customer inquiries, and negotiation with repair shops and brokers. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with customers, contribute to claims processing, and advance within a growing company.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational or technical training (bicycle mechanic/engineer).
- Experience handling insurance damage or working with bicycles and e-bikes.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and self-organized.
- Fluent German language skills in written and spoken form.
