Job Description
We are looking for a Claims Manager / Animal Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for handling and resolving animal insurance claims. You will work closely with our team to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims.
Requirements
- Degree in veterinary medicine, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in animal insurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German and English
