As a practice in the area of Corporate HR, you will support the expansion of tools for the anchoring of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) in the Heraeus Group. You will help in the creation of e-learning courses, develop an "Inclusive Behavior Guide", and create overviews and track the status of engagement surveys, training, and other DEI-related activities.
Requirements
- Ongoing study in the field of social sciences, psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Interest and first knowledge in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Experience in the creation of e-learning and training materials is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills paired with very good German and English language skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
