Process Development Engineer I

Process Development Engineer I will create robust and sustainable manufacturing processes for electrophysiology components and devices. The role involves process design, development, and validation, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics of materials, polymer science, and basic electrical concepts
• Proficient in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools
• Ability to make data driven decisions utilizing statistics
• Ability to execute and communicate on any technical and/or project workstreams
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to all audiences
• Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships and influence to drive results
• Adaptable to the need for continuous improvements and continued change to meet company needs
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
