Process Engineer (m/w/d)

As a Process Engineer at Heraeus Epurio, you will analyze production processes, identify improvement potentials, and implement sustainable corrective measures. You will also develop and implement key performance indicators to support production control and measure the success of optimizations.

Requirements

• Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in process development, process optimization, or process engineering
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other methods for process optimization
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
• Comprehensive entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, and team skills
