Requirements

• Support in ensuring a stable application operation and troubleshooting
• Be the first point of contact for questions and inquiries around existing applications
• Create, maintain and update technical and professional documentation independently
• Actively participate in standardization and continuous process development in the application area
• Work together with internal relevant stakeholders to analyze new requirements and develop suitable solutions
• Support our team in introducing new applications, functions, and features
• Coordinate and coordinate with external service providers and software vendors
