AI Systems Architect, Strategy and Automation Lead

Herbal Goodness is seeking a highly experienced AI Automation & Strategy Lead to drive the company’s end-to-end artificial intelligence, automation, and data strategy. This individual will architect and implement agentic and sub-agent workflows across the organization, build AI-driven systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting, and lead adoption of AI tools and best practices company-wide.

Requirements

• Significant experience in AI automation, workflow orchestration, or systems engineering
• Deep expertise in API integrations and automation tools
• Experience building production-grade automation or data systems
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboards
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and systems-thinking skills
