The Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Planning- Corporate will drive upfront scoping and evaluation of strategic initiatives, manage the strategic plan, and align on product projects driven by home office for launch in multiple regions.
Requirements
- Manage overall program for projects driven by corporate for implementation across multiple regions.
- Drive due diligence work on key initiatives to complete the strategic analysis for a Go/No Go decision.
- Lead PFRs with diverse cross-functional teams towards key product initiatives.
- Complete capacity and resource analysis for departments affected by the proposed project.
- Serve as a key partner and collaborate with Worldwide Product Marketing.
- Build rapport and gain commitment from key cross-functional global team members to ensure thorough analysis.
- Prepare and distribute consistent reporting documents for cross-functional team and management.
- Organize and lead cross-functional global calls and adhoc meetings related to projects.
- Develop an excellent understanding of the process, create new processes, and exhibit flexibility within the business process.
- Support department Director with adhoc projects.
