Job Description
Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch is offering a paid 12-week internship program for students early in their career. The internship provides hands-on experience working with the 10 million hens they care for, offering opportunities in various areas like production, project management, problem-solving, and safety. Interns will contribute to the operational aspects of the farm and support the Flock Service, Manure, Maintenance, and Service Crew.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an Agriculture-related program (Animal Science, Poultry Science, or Agrribusiness).
- Prior agricultural experience (farm or animal handling).
- Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience (desirable).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
