Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Partners for in-home dialysis patients in Bodfish, CA. Care Partners will provide support with dialysis treatments, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and monitoring patient wellbeing. This is a remote role with weekly hours and training support.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting)
- Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Must be dependable
