Director of Pre-Construction Services - Chief Estimator

We are seeking a VP/Director of Preconstruction services to lead, manage, train, and motivate a commercial design-build conceptual estimating department. The department is responsible for planning, conceptualization, budgeting, site evaluation, property entitlements, and all activities to prepare a project for construction. The successful candidate needs to be a self-sufficient integrity-driven leader with strong conceptual estimating experience, and has managed estimating teams, and has a demonstrated history of obtaining and maintaining long-term client relations.
