Caregiver | CNA | PCW | Resident Assistant | Med Passer

Heritage Court Senior Living is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. The ideal candidates will assist with activities of daily living and provide support to residents per their individualized service plans.

Requirements

• Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident
• Provide support to residents per their service plan
• Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
• Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care and administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN)
• Ability to frequently lift, move, push or pull objects 50-100lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to speak, write, and read English
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• CNA certification desirable, but not required
