(Supervisor Position) Caregiver | CNA | PCW | Resident Assistant | Med Passer | Med Tech | PCW

Heritage Lake Country is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in an in-person environment. Earn up to $19.50 per hour with all shifts available.

Requirements

• Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident
• Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs as identified by residents' ISP
• Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
• Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN), checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, cleaning, dining room set up in a timely manner, etc.
