Job Description
Hermeus, a venture capital-backed aerospace and defense technology company, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join their Fluids Team in Los Angeles for the Spring 2026 semester. The team is responsible for designing and integrating hydraulic and fuel systems for cutting-edge hypersonic aircraft. This is a full-time paid internship lasting around 12-16 weeks.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Pursuing Mechanical, Aerospace, Thermal Fluids, Structural or similar Engineering degree
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for aviation and Hermeus' mission
