Job Description
Hermeus is an aerospace and defense technology company seeking a Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and production of hypersonic aircraft. The team is responsible for building the vehicle, providing design feedback, and iterating on design and assembly. The successful candidate will have a background in aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering fields, with experience in propulsion systems, fluid systems, and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field
- Familiarity with propulsion systems, fluid systems, and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in CAD and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to work hands-on with hardware, including standing, bending, and working on the shop floor
- Strong communication skills and ability to read and review technical documents
