Structures Integration Lead

Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on the rapid design, build, and test of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft. As a Structures Integration Lead, you will oversee the hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of structural flight hardware.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-tempo aerospace or startup environment
• 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role, coordinating shop floor or technician teams
• Proven success in transitioning flight hardware from prototype to production
• Deep familiarity with structural integration practices including drilling, countersinking, fastener install, and inspection
• Experience with rigging, lifts, and ground support equipment (GSE) build and operations
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; experience redlining documentation for accuracy and clarity
• Proficiency with shop tools, safety standards, and operational best practices
• Comfortable managing task schedules, team deliverables, and interdepartmental coordination
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster team alignment and performance
