Job Description
Heron is seeking a Chief of Staff or Founder Associate to work alongside the CEO and co-founder. This role involves strategy execution, data analysis, sales-related tasks (including lead generation and pipeline management), and supporting the CEO's administrative needs. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who is receptive to learning and making an impact in a fast-growing startup environment.
