Job Description
We're seeking a Principal Backend Engineer to lead our backend architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability as we grow from hundreds to thousands of customers. You'll own the system design and implementation, partnering with the platform and infrastructure team, and raise the bar on engineering practices across the team. Must have 8+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems, with a strong CS foundation and recent production experience with Python and cloud infrastructure. - 8+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems

- Dealt with sensitive data at volume: financial, health, or similarly regulated domains
